Win Colour Me Mindful: Seasons book and print!
I love autumn. Spring is lovely and means it’s nearly my birthday and Easter (once on the same day!). Summer is a figment of our imagination. And let’s not even talk about winter. (January and February are the worst). But autumn is just beautiful.

Win Colour Me Mindful: Seasons book and print!
Autumn means red, orange and yellow. It means Halloween – and therefore nearly Christmas. It means Bonfire Night and fireworks and sparklers. It means spooky books and scary films. It means hot chocolate and pumpkins. It means comfy jumpers and cosy tights and warm coats. It’s my favourite time of year, which is why I was excited about the publication of Anastasia Catris’ Colour Me Mindful: Seasons, full lovely pictures of the best bits about each season.

  1. Winter is my favourite season because even if it is obscenely and painfully cold, the candles and scarves and hot drinks and frost on the trees and crunchy grass make it totally worth it.

  2. Good luck to everyone entering! I’m from sunny Singapore, so I’m here for the lovely review :)

  3. I love Autumn, the colours are just so beautiful so warm against a grey sky backdrop. I love walking in the fallen leaves and making great crisp, crunchy sounds. Lovely giveaway, thanks for the chance to win. πŸ˜ƒπŸŽƒπŸπŸ‚

  4. Spring has always been my favourite season. A touch of warmth on your face and fresh blooming flowers, perfect.

  5. Favourite season is tricky, I will always have a soft spot for winter, I love everything about it. Putting layers of clothes on, the festive time of year and I got married then. However I also love summer and I think summer tops it for me. I love the heat on my body, getting better a healthy glow and feeling so much happier- something the sun does to me.

Thanks so much for the opportunity.

  6. Definitely winter, I love the snow and the early nights and the cheesy Christmas movies on tv.

I always find this so hard because I really like the transitions between seasons and the sense of change they bring! Though I suppose of I had to pick… summer because that’s when my birthday is and the days are longer!

  8. Got to be winter. I love the dark nights, the cold air and the hearty food that goes with it.

  9. Autumn has always been my favourite season. I suppose it helps that my birthday is in October! Ha ha. I love the cooler weather, the warmer clothes, don’t get me started on boots! and I like the fact that everyone starts to slow down with the shorter evenings.
And what better way to spend those evenings than with a beautiful coouring book?

  10. I absolutely love winter. How can anybody not love winter, with the cosy winter clothes and hot chocolate everywhere. Plus who doesn’t get excited about Christmas with all the decorations, songs and generally cheerful spirit, it’s nearly here everyone😍😍😍

  11. Have to say Autumn / Fall is my favourite season , the sights , the colours , the smells , you have Halloween then bonfire night a few days after , it’s rather awesome , nothing better than finding a big pile of leaves to fall into while wearing a cosy coat and a beanie hat to keep your head warm! Not forgetting having some cosy hot chocolate with the other half :-D Autumn / Fall is totally the best xx

  12. My favourite season is Autumn. I like the colours of the trees and how the cold starts sneaking up on you, even on sunny afternoons. Plus, it’s the perfect season to enjoy a coffee while thinking about Halloween costume ideas and wearing your favourite scarf.

  13. My favourite season is definitely Autumn. I love the colours of the trees, the crisp smell in the air, the clear blue skies and misty mornings and rainy evenings and snuggling up under a blanket, with cosy socks to keep my toes warm and a good book to pass the time. And warm, spiced cider and hazelnut lattes. Mmmm.

  14. I don’t know how to pick a favourite season, really. They all have their advantages! I like autumn and spring a lot because you can wake up to gentle rains and a slow cool dawn. (And then spend time in bed reading, of course.)

  15. Jaden (Potterhead Daydreams)

My faveroutie season is winter , i knew that is werid but winter , i just love the idea of winter.

  16. This may be a cop-out, but I enjoy all seasons! I feel that too much of any one season would become dishearting – it’s good to have a balance. I totally agree with you about Autumn being very beautiful – I love the colours and I also love the Autumn/Winter fashion (Coats, cosy jumpers, big socks etc). However, I also love spring/summer because the sunshine makes me happy and very productive, and winter because I love the dark nights and snow!! Basically, I love everything hahaha. (side note – each season also has its negative side, but let’s focus on the positives :-D! )

  17. My favourite season has always been autumn! I love watching the colours change, the wind and the sun and the rain making it the perfect kind of weather to be outside while also giving you the occasional excuse to stay home and read all day. You also have lots of celebrations, depending on where you’re from: Halloween, St. Martin’s, Thanksgiving.. and of course they’re the anticipation of christmas :)

  18. Autumn without a doubt! The ’ember’ months are the best. Crunchy leaves, crisp sunny mornings, colourful trees and darker evenings perfect for snuggling up with a book! Plus, it’s the lead up to Christmas!

  19. Fall is the best, I think. It’s not hot anymore which I hate, but you get to snuggle under blankets with your sweetie or pet and get warm- the best!

  20. sad it’s not open to belgium as well
i love spring with all the blossoming flowers

  21. Winter is my all time favourite season as I love the dark nights and being able to curl up in bed with a hit chocolate and a good book.

  22. Winter is my absolute favorite. Cold weather is so much better than hot and longer nights are a plus in my book.

  23. I love Winter so much! The heat just does not bode well for me so, Winter is just perfect. Also, my birthday just so happens to fall in this season so even better haha!

    Good luck everyone! :)

  24. Summer… because there’s lots more free time to be out and about with my family and friends πŸ˜€ But I do enjoy all the seasons!

  25. Bochra Boudarka

Summer is my favourite season because all my most cherished memories are held in that time, filled with laughter and family. Every summer I would visit my family in Morocco, spending half of it in the busy city of Casablanca, teeming with energy and life. The other half would be spent in a quiet village in the countryside, only a few miles off the coast where many nights were spent on the terrace, drinking sweetened mint tea and chatting as the stars gazed down on us. I’d spend hours with my cousins, making up for the time lost whilst we were apart, some of us living in the US, me living in the UK, one living in Paris. It has always been like this, and I hope many more summers will be spent with my family.

  26. I love the spring! I’m born in March. And I adore when the nature wakes up :) Also I start wearing skirts and dresses!

  27. Winter! I love cosying up in blankets, drinking hot chocolate and watching YouTube! Also, the anticipation for Christmas makes this season all the more enjoyable. Additionally, the winter fashion is without a doubt my favourite :) thanks for this lovely giveaway, and good luck everybody! X

  28. This giveaway is now closed and I’m about to pick the winner!
