March 2012: Science Fiction Month

March 2012: Science Fiction Month
So March isn’t really a ‘Science Fiction Month’ but since lots of new, mostly dystopian, books are being released, along with The Hunger Games movie, it just turned out that way for me.

Here’s what I shall be reading this month:
The Killables by Gemma Malley
All These Things I’ve Done by Gabrielle Zevin
Brave New World by Aldous Huxley (Classic #3)
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
Partials by Dan Wells (ebook)
Starters by Lissa Price (ebook)

I’ll also be reading This is Not a Test by Courtney Summers in April.

Reading the descriptions, they all seem really different from each other, which I am grateful for.

Will any of you be reading the same books as me this month?

  1. I just finished All These Things I’ve Done and I liked it, although it was very different than I thought it would be. I should probably reread The Hunger Games so I can have it reviewed by the time the movie comes out. I’ve read it twice but I’ve never done a review.
I’ll be interested to see what you think of Brave New World. It wasn’t really my thing when i read it for school, but that was 5 years ago now.

  2. I am loving the sound of The Killables, can’t wait to read it.. Would love to know what you think of it, keep us posted! x
